That’s why I created Purely Prepped — a rotating weekly menu of six chef-crafted, high-protein meals built to support your goals, whether you're training hard, working long hours, or just trying to stay consistent with clean eating.

Each week’s menu features:

  • 3 to 4 new meals inspired by seasonal ingredients and global flavors

  • 2 to 3 returning favorites that clients ask for again and again

  • Minimum 40g protein per meal, with options for low-carb or performance-focused high-carb plans

Meals are prepped fresh every weekend and ready for pickup or delivery every Monday.
Orders close Fridays at 11:59 PM.
